At Thien Thai Hotel, you might be asked, at various times, to provide personal information about such as:
Generally, we do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health or sex life details. We just use your personal information for the following purposes:
1. To manage your reservation and booking
2. To improve our services, including:
CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 p.m.
Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 12 p.m. then Pre-Registration and payment may be required. Please contact Front Desk staff directly to make reservations and complete a credit card authorization form prior to your arrival (+84) 2439346333.
CHECK-OUT TIME: Room rental period expires at 12:00 p.m. Additional day charge, plus tax may apply for late checkout.
Please check-out with Front Desk so that housekeeping may begin cleaning your room as soon as possible. If you require a later check-out, please contact Front Desk prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply for late check-out.
EARLY DEPARTURE:
Guests who check out of the hotel after 11:00 a.m. and prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one night, plus tax.
Children
Child or Children aged between 2 years and 11 years; “Infant” means a person under the age of 2 years;
Children and Infants may not stay in any room without an Adult.
Persons aged over 12 years will be charged Extra Person rates for each person.
All room rates are based on two adults. Extra person charges will be charged on a Room Only basis, unless otherwise stated.
- Extra Person rates VND350,000 per night will be added in a separate line at payment summary when you finalize your booking. (Extra person rates included extra bed)
Children and Infants sharing a room with their parents or guardians may do so free of charge if using existing beds and linen and not exceeding the maximum occupancy for the given room type.
- Additional fee VND570,000 per night each will apply if extra bed/ rollaway and linen (including baby crib -where & when available) are required for the children with breakfast.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and American Express as well as cash.
Non-arrival
Should you fail to arrive on the scheduled day of your reservation, your room will be held until the following day in case you have been unforeseeably delayed and are unable to contact us. Should you not arrive the next day your reservation will be cancelled and the total accommodation charge which will be applied to your credit card.
After check-in, should you shorten your stay, full payment will be forfeited.
Smoking
We do not permit smoking within our guest rooms and smoking within enclosed public areas is against the law in Vietnam; there are ample outdoor areas throughout the property where smoking is permitted. A sanitization fee of one additional night’s accommodation or package fee will be charged where smoking occurs within a guest room.
Small Pets and Animals
No pets and animals are allowed within our guest rooms
Additional Guests
Unless otherwise specified all accommodation and packages rates quoted are based on double occupancy. Please contact our Reservations Team regarding rates for additional guests.
Changes to Hotel Policies
These Hotel Policies are subject to change without notice – latest update July 2022
- Contact information (e.g. name, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, postal addresses… etc.);
- Other personal details: date of birth, nationality;
- Children information: name, birth date and age;
- Credit card details (only in transactional related system);
- Your dates of arrival and departure/visit from our hotels;
- Your preferences and interests, e.g. smoking or non-smoking room, preferred location of your room (low floor, high floor, etc.), type of bed;
- Any questions/comments you may have during or after your stay in one of our hotels.
